CIRA 11C

CIRA 11A
The CIRA 11C contains two discreet purification chambers. The anion purification chamber contains a homogenous anion exchanger and removes anions prior to flowing to the CSRS or Atlas suppressor regenerant inlet. The second purification chamber contains cation and composite ion exchangers, which results in ionically-pure water. The ionically-pure water is used for automated standard and sample preparation, sample loading and rinsing in the technique known as AutoPrep. For more information on AutoPrep, click here.

The CIRA 11C can be powered using the Trovion PS50 Power Controller or a constant current power source from the ion chromatography system.

The figure below shows the internal components and water flow.
