CIRA 11A

CIRA 11A
The CIRA 11A electrolytic water purifier contains two discreet purification chambers. The cation purification chamber contains a homogenous cation exchanger for the removal of cations prior to the electrolytic suppressor regenerant inlet. The second purification chamber contains anion and composite ion exchangers, which results in ionically-pure water. The ionically-pure water is used for automated standard and sample preparation, sample loading and rinsing in the technique known as AutoPrep. For more information on AutoPrep, click here.

The CIRA 11A can be powered using the Trovion PS50 Power Controller or a constant current power source from the ion chromatography system.

The figure below shows the internal components and water flow.
